4. Purpose of the Program: Bubbl.us is a online brainstorming tool to create mind mapping.
5. Ease of Use: Good
6. Your reaction to the program: I really like the idea of Bubbl.us especially in art brainstorming is key when thinking of the best idea for a project. In art it would be useful to put in images of ideas but Bubbl.us does not allow that unless you upgrade.
4. Purpose of the Program: Exploratree is an online brainstorming tool.
5. Ease of Use: excellent
6. Your reaction to the program: I really like Exploratree because it has a lot of extra features that some of the other brainstorming toolsdoes not have. I have used Exploratree in my classroom and it worked really well for brainstorming. The only issue that I had with Exploratree was that sometimes it will switch accounts on the students and they will end up with another student's project.
4. Purpose of the Program: Pinterest is an online bookmarking tool that pins pictures that are links to external sites.
5. Ease of Use: excellent
6. Your reaction to the program: I really love Pinterest to organize and to find new resources. Currently, I only use Pinterest personally to find new lessons to teach and do not have my students on the site.
4. Purpose of the Program: Weblist is an online collection of web pages, images, documents, videos, and more.
5. Ease of Use: excellent
6. Your reaction to the program: I really like using weblist and think this would be a great place to organize different sites and resources for a project in class. I would use weblists with my students.
4. Purpose of the Program: Print What You Like allows you to print only the parts of a webpage that you want (like changing font, taking away adds, and change sizing).
5. Ease of Use: excellent
6. Your reaction to the program: I really like Print What You Like because usually on a website there is a lot of information that is not needed. Also, when giving students an article sometimes there is unwanted ads or material in addition to the information you want to give them; with Print What You Like, you can get rid of all of that so that they only see the material you want them to see.
